Patrick joined KW Commercial and Dallas Commercial Group, where he is consistently utilizing his relationships and business network to serve the needs of his clients in land purchases, development, single-asset sites, and real estate investments.
Patrick enjoys being involved in community service with organizations such as the Texas Real Estate Commission’s “Fight Night,” which brought in the likes of Doak Walker, Johnny Unites, Joe Frazier, Jake LaMotta, Mike Modano, and Michael Johnson. Patrick is also the co-founder of Dining Out in Dallas. He has served as the chairman of the Texas Neurofibromatosis Foundation and founded “Prime” Cookout to benefit New Horizons, a nonprofit organization for sexually abused and battered children.
Patrick is the proud father of two wonderful children. He enjoys being active in sports and actively competing in soccer, tennis, volleyball, boxing, and golf. Patrick prides himself on excellent customer service and is always dedicated to completing the transaction.
After a successful 21-year advertising career, Barry transitioned to the real estate industry in 1998 as a residential mortgage loan officer. In 2005, he expanded his mortgage expertise to include commercial real estate financing in key Texas markets.
Barry served as the lead intermediary for a diverse group of real estate developers, owners, and investors in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio to source and place both debt and equity for single-family, multi-family, senior living, and mixed-use projects.
Barry was directly responsible for procuring a variety of acquisition, development, construction, and refinancing solutions between $2,500,000-$25,000,000.
In 2010, he joined Keller Williams Realty to offer investor clients a diverse range of investment opportunities by utilizing their enhanced network of technology, research, and marketing. Two years later, he became a director of Keller Williams’ commercial division in the Dallas Preston Road Market Center to better serve a diverse and growing roster of private international investment groups and individuals from eight different countries. He continues to manage a broad spectrum of commercial real estate projects, including the acquisition, disposition, and development of senior living, multi-family, light industrial, land development, and investment real estate projects, particularly in the retail sector.

Terri is from one of the wealthiest countries in the world: the island of Bermuda. She holds dual citizenship with the United States and Great Britain. She grew up in both places, being educated in the U.S. and spending her summers on the island. Having these exceptional experiences allows her to bring a unique perspective to everything she does. Terri is a true visionary with strategic thinking skills, and she brings those same attributes to the real estate industry.
Terri recently transitioned into real estate and joined Dallas Commercial Group with KW Commercial after 25 years in the service industry. In 2007, she began a consulting business and partnered with state and federal programs. During that time, Terri created an alternative school that provided online education and therapy to foster children. She was involved in every aspect, which allowed her to develop a successful mindset and create a million-dollar business.
Terri developed many skills and talents as a CEO, such as writing contracts, negotiating, and the importance of numbers. Most importantly, she learned that everyone’s needs are unique and to always focus on the best interests of the client. Terri graduated from Indiana University with a Master’s in Public Administration and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.
Terri also has experience with custom home builders and was responsible for helping customers design and build the home of their dreams. Her knowledge of the construction process and eye for detail helped clients successfully tailor their plans. Terri is currently involved in site selection for residential developments for her investor clients, along with applying her marketing and sales skills to bring residential, custom, and speculation homes to market.
When she is not assisting clients, Terri is volunteering as a mentor with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Dallas. She enjoys spending time with her family (especially her two amazing sons) and studying feng shui, design, health, and wellness. Terri proudly serves the Dallas Metroplex area and resides in Frisco, Texas.
Clark was born and raised in Midland, Texas, where he spent his first 34 years. Clark was born into the oilfield way of life and naturally followed in his father’s footsteps, starting out swamping in pipe yards at the age of 13. At 28 years old, Clark received his mud engineer’s certificate from Ambar Lonestar of Lafayette, LA, and quickly excelled from fluids engineer to wellsite supervisor.
Throughout Clark’s extensive history in oil and gas, he has managed teams upwards of 25 people and has been in charge of multimillion-dollar projects throughout West Texas, Southeastern New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Clark brings the traits of precision, accuracy, and self-confidence to the real estate industry. The success that he achieved with numerous endorsements easily falls into line with a high level of customer service. Clark is a confident personal advocate for clients in the real estate industry.
Clark joined the KW Commercial team and quickly recognized the diversity this industry provided. Chris is a senior director for KW Commercial with over 32 years of real estate experience. Chris has represented numerous investors and users in the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial property, including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties.
Chris has been a veteran of the commercial real estate industry since 2004. He began his real estate career as a residential agent when he joined Keller Williams in January of 2004. He soon transitioned into the commercial field as one of the original founding members of KW Commercial and has been a director since its inception. Chris is also co-founder of Dallas Commercial Group with KW Commercial.
Since beginning his career in real estate, Chris has been assisting buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with their commercial real estate needs. His business has been built through the development of an extensive referral base. Jeff has 40 years of experience in all types of real estate: investments, transactions, commercial and residential property management, and the analysis of various types of income-producing real estate (office, multi-family, hospitality, coal, oil and gas, and single-family). Additionally, he has 20 years of experience in his own land development, mixed-use, and residential projects in several states—from raw land to the completed construction and occupancy. During this period, Jeff founded a land development and residential construction company. He designed custom and speculation homes, provided construction management, helped with marketing, and worked with the end-user to create a great experience. He was also instrumental in forming numerous commercial real estate investment groups.
Jeff was raised on his grandparents’ farm (small grains and cattle), where hard work and doing the right thing are a way of life and became second nature. Jeff attributes his many years of real estate success to this character-building upbringing.
He graduated from college with an Associate Degree in Electrical Technology and worked in the electric power industry for 26 years in parallel with his real estate career. While managing the engineering department, Jeff was responsible for the electrical transmission and distribution systems for 1,843 square miles. Through innovations to improve reliability, he earned a United States patent. At the same time, he held a position on the board of directors for a multi-state electrical power line construction company that he co-founded. In later years, he managed the operations of the electrical transmission grid in three states.
Jeff is co-founder of Dallas Commercial Group and a director of KW Commercial. Jeff enjoys traveling and spending time with his lovely wife, Julie, and his family and friends.
